What to expect
What to expect when selling your property
Prepare your house
Make any necessary repairs or upgrades, declutter and clean your home, and consider staging it to make it more appealing to potential buyers.
Market your home
We will develop a marketing plan that will get your home in front of as many potential buyers as possible. You can choose where we showcase your home.
Open your door
After arrangements, allow access to your Propertyshop Agent, and their interested clients. Try to make your home as inviting and attractive as possible.
Negotiate and close the deal
Upon receiving an offer, we will collaborate with you to negotiate the terms of the sale and prepare the necessary paperwork for a smooth and successful completion.
Book a Valuation & Photoshoot
We will arrange a visit to your property and complete a photoshoot/video tour, assist you with gathering all the required documentation, ensuring that the status of your property is in line with recent laws. We will advise you on the value of the property given its characteristics and current market trends (valuation), and agree on a representative selling price that works best for you.
