Old stone house with garden
The village of Asini is a crossing point between two of the main touristic centers of Argolis, Nafplio and Tolo. It is the first choice for visitors and tourists who want to be within a short distance from the sights and beaches, but who also want the tranquility of the countryside, without the problems that come along with the crowded tourist areas (lack of parking, noise during quiet hours, etc.). Asini is a family village, that offers its residents a variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and also has a primary school and a kindergarten.
The house, built in 1830, consists of three (3) buildings, 82 m2, 35 m2 and 45 m2. Situated on a plot of 350 m2, which is fenced with a stone wall, the buildings are connected to the central courtyard of the house. The main house, 82 m2, consists of three rooms, one of which has the original fireplace, from 1800. Attached to the main house there is a second building, 45 m2, which has no separated spaces inside. The third building, 35 m2, was renovated in 1990 and contains a functional bathroom and a small kitchen.
