The reason for the investment of SUNNYLAND Real Estate Exploitation Company for the construction of a new hotel complex in Nafplio.

A new major hotel investment is in the works in Argolida.
In fact, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the investment has already been put out for public consultation (until 27/10/2023).

The profile of the investment

The project concerns the construction of a four (4) star hotel complex, with a total building area of 4,748 m2, capacity of 208 beds, with a main building and two-storey wings of rooms around the perimeter of the plot with a “face” to the organized internal environment, within a property with a total area of 20,579.61 m2.

In addition, it is planned to construct an extensive green space within the plot, which will consist of a strictly designed garden zone and two relatively looser areas where the swimming pools of the complex will be located.

The hotel under construction is located in the area of the Municipal Unit of Tiryns, of the Municipality of Nafplion, in the Regional Unit of Argolida.

The new hotel will be fully harmonized with the local architecture and will include the following:

  • reception, administration, security and central services
  • focus
  • multipurpose hall
  • exercise and wellness area (gym, spa, hammam, etc.)
• Outdoor facilities (indicative functions)
  • pergolas, communal and exclusive use
  • swimming pools, public and exclusive use
  • green areas
  • parking spaces
  • internal circulation network

The estimated project completion time is two (2) years from the date of commencement of the construction works.
